I'm getting ready for bilateral hip replacements. I've been walking around with a cane with bone on bone no cartilage and bone spurs, it's been rather difficult to walk. no pre PT the surgeon only wants me to walk to prepare for surgery to stay mobile. I researched online and found this. It is lightweight but the frame is heavy duty and strong. Walking is so much easier. The wheels in the front spin nicely and makes maneuvering very easy. The seat & back support are comfortable. I love the all terrain wheels. My plan is to take this to the park it folds up quite easily and fits in my backseat, will walk as much as I can before surgery. Walking with the Rollator instead of the cane is like night and day pain level way down and i am walking straight not hobbling. It will be my exercise device can't wait to bering to my park. My only regret is that I didn't get it in my favorite color purple. Oh. The handles have a palm thumb rest comfortable. The handle brakes are super easy to use. They lock down so when you're sitting it doesn't roll. my only regret is not getting purple. I did not realize it came in so many colors until after I bought it. putting it together was easy maybe 30 minutes by hubby.
The DeepTIita Rollator although being very light weight appears to be well made and should be a reliable walker to be used for many years. The large wheels make it easy to navigate on various surfaces and the seat is comfortable when you need to sit down. The folding and opening couldn't be easier and because it's extremely light it is no problem putting it into the trunk or back seat of your car.
Perfect size and weight for seniors where lifting is a priority. I recently returned one that was 15 lbs as it was still too heavy for me. This was SUPER EASY to put together. I like the all terrain wheels, not heavy but has a cushioned feel, plus the silver hubs on the wheels are stylish and contribute to lighter weight.. The hand grips feel slightly cushioned as well compared to other rollators I have. Easily adjustable height as well. I love the color and design. I don't feel like an old lady, lol. I feel it has good stability and quality. Also, another brand rollator I have was narrower, so when I walked I felt cramped. This rollator has plenty width so my feet don't trip on the frame. Get it, you'll be glad you did.
